Smokes Media has completed a photoshoot for NEWGEN Coaching featuring 20 of their clients, conducted at Muscleworks Gym in Orpington, Bromley, South East London. This photographic documentation is an insightful exploration of strength and transformation within a fitness context.
The selected gym locations for the shoot were deliberately chosen to reflect various aspects of training, encompassing weightlifting platforms, props, and dedicated spaces for training. This strategic approach enabled us to capture a range of training modalities and poses, highlighting the clients' features.
Each client participated in a structured series of poses, including three mandatory front poses, one incorporating a 15kg plate as a prop, a back shot, and a D-handle cable fly shot, before finishing the shoot with a pose of the client's choice. This systematic approach allowed us to highlight both the uniformity and individuality of the clients and also provide NEWGEN with a consistent series of images.

The testimonial reels were put together extremely well and laid out to get the perfect answers. Photo quality was immaculate and photos were edited and sent back in an extremely timely manner."
Smokes Media also captured behind-the-scenes video content designed to encompass and showcase the days proceeding along with a series of video testimonials providing NEWGEN with high-quality feedback and social media content.
